So I was on the SATW site (Scandinavia and the World, a web comic inspired by Hetalia) and I saw this: http://satwcomic.com/government-down post. In the notes it says that the Reason that Belgium is so unimpressed with America is that the country holds the record of 535 days without an established government. (Some sources vary on the exact number of days, but that's what many attest to.)
