Germany and Italy have been in a relationship for a while, but it only got sexual recently. Italy gets the idea somehow (overhearing France or Romano, finding one of Germany's relationship manuals) to try and go down on Germany. Neither of them have ever done this before.

Accidental teeth, accidental dick-in-the-eye, accidentally going too far down and choking— it really doesn't turn out as well as Italy had hoped. But he wants to make Germany happy, and he tries!

Hopefully this was coherent, but the gist is I would like an inexperienced Italy sucking off an equally inexperienced Germany, and it's not horrible but there are problems.
