Rome is a teacher. Turkey is a gregarious, friendly student with a bad boy reputation (warranted or no, that's up to the filler to decide, but please no terrible crimes; maybe he's gotten detention too often for fighting or bothering girls). He catches Rome's eye somehow and he invites Turkey to his office and takes advantage of him. It becomes a regular thing. Turkey is willing enough - he enjoys it, it's pleasurable/feels good physically and Rome is friendly even fatherly, but at the same time it sometimes leaves him feeling powerless and angry and he doesn't know what to do about it. I'd prefer if it's mostly Rome doing stuff to Turkey and not letting him do too much in return. Also, he's taking what he wants, he's not intending it as a punishment.
