I'm so, so glad I decided to read this fill. I had seen it around on the meme for a while, but it wasn't until this most recent update that I finally sat down and got to it, and all I can say is...

...wow. Just wow. You write fantastically. Alfred's characterization is different than what I'm used to seeing in this fandom, but already I'm starting to prefer this Alfred to his other, more boisterous incarnations.

Wow, fuck, what do I even say. Are you studying mythology or history in school? Or did you just put this much research into this story? Because it's amazingly detailed. I'll be the first to admit I haven't gotten many of the... not popculture (fuck I can't think of the word I want right now) references, but the ones I have understood you've incorporated into the story perfectly. I think the most infuriating part about this story is that I know every person and item he comes into contact with are something I should know, but I don't, and it drives me nuts until I see your author's notes in the next chapter.

In parting, no, I have no idea who Creol is, but I know he is not Johnny Appleseed.
