There's a few fills where a nation speaking another nation's tongue is considered attractive, however, I would like to see something different. I want to see a nation or multiple nations purposely butchering another nation's language as a means of mocking them.
Humor or serious, either is fine.
Bonus: A historical setting where one party is serving under the other nation. For example, Lithuania speaking bad Russian or Turkey speaking bad Greek.
