I love the relationship between Holy Rome and Italy in the past and all, but I'd love to see what would happen if they had a relationship in this modern day and age after HRE somehow comes back (that is totally up to you).

So that means you might want to put the Germany=HRE theory out the window for this.

Bonus: HRE finds out that Italy is actually a boy, but he doesn't care (after he gets over his embarrassment)
Bonus: Totally okay with other pairings, but I'd prefer the pairings to just stay in Europe (meaning, I kinda want to see stuff like Spamano and AusHun)
