"You're so silly", Arthur says, five minutes later, while he's wiping his nose. Arthur grabs him by the chin and doesn't let go until Alfred's nose is clean again. He brushes his fingers on Alfred's face while he's doing the work and Alfred heats up. Again. "Don't you have a girl, Arthur?" Alfred suddenly asks.
"You know I don't. And what kind of question is that?" "I was curious. That's all."
Arthus humps.
"Who was your last girlfriend?" Alfred huffs this time. "I don't remember."
"Then, you last boyfriend?"
Arthur's eyes widen. Why did he ask that?
"Uhm .. I didn't– "
Too late. Arthur pulls away, throws the tissue in the bin and turns away. He opens the closet and pulls out some pants for Alfred.
"I never had a girlfriend." he says, warily.
He never– ?
"..nor a boyfriend." he finishes. "Oh.." is all Alfred can say. So, he's been overthinking a lot without reasons. He could have asked Arthur earlier. He never did. How stupid. "And .. is there .." Alfred doesn't finish the question because Arthur climbs on the bed and looks at him with huge, green, penetrating eyes. "I would say it, if there was someone. We're friends. I just never tell you anything, because there's nothing to say."
"Oh .."
Again, Alfred is out of words. But he needs words. Now. He wants to takes Arthur on a date, tells him how he feels because wasn't that the reason he was there in the first place? When he kissed that girl, he said Arthur's name. So, he got a punch. He needs to tell him, because he will never get this close ever again. But how do you tell your best friend you're in love with him? But then, Alfred blinks up and Arthur is looking at him. He's suddenly a lot more aware that he’s there, in all his blond-haired physicality, his beautiful eyes and red lips, soft lips – they seem soft – and messed hair, so that he leans forward to kiss him and he does not realize it at all. He just does not think.
So Alfred kisses Arthur. Kisses that sharped tongue, traces his mouth and teeth, breathing and sucking every inch of him, feeling that he was sinking against Arthur, pulling him closer.
Everything under the sun is in tune [2b/3]

It is exactly what he wanted all along.
