Nation A really enjoys being spanked/paddled/caned etc., but their favorite part isn't the pain; it's the marks left behind afterwards (welts, bruising, etc). Nation B is more than happy to leave these marks (and perhaps enjoys looking at them as much as Nation A likes having them).

Anything showing Nation A enjoying their marks, from admiring them in the mirror to running fingers over the welts to enjoying the feeling of sitting down the next day and remembering. Fic fills or artfills are both okay!
