Fantasy human AU, that mirrors canon/history with England and his colonies. Instead of finding baby colonies to add to his empire, Arthur (who's some sort of rich and powerful type) finds young men to add to his harem, all of whom have varying degrees of enjoying their situation, from love to hate. Alfred starts off liking it well enough, but as he grows older becomes more rebellious, until he decides to find a way to break free and escape the harem.

The more references to canon, the better! For example, maybe Al's brother Matthew used to be in Francis' harem before being stolen, and Francis is more than happy to help Al escape out of revenge, etc.
