After hearing one too many comments on his weight from other nations, America decides to skip a few meals. This causes him pass out at a meeting. England is insanely worried and carries America back to his hotel room and looks after him until he wakes up. Once he does, they order food and England assures America that he loves him just how he is, and that he isn't fat.
