Basically it states that Spain gave Romano an engagement ring awhile ago and Romano wears it around his neck and has yet to put it on his finger. I read that and fell in love. It can be whatever comes to your mind when reading that. Please no gender bending.
Based on a true fact, the night that Germany surrendered to Russia, ending WWII in Europe, had all of Russia in celebration and everyone was happy and cheerful.
Until the next morning when every bottle of vodka in Russia was empty. The nation literally ran out of vodka. Even Stalin freaked out at this news.

So, Russia and China are in a relationship. They present it to the world as one forged out of love, but it's really at the insistence of their bosses for mainly political and economic purposes (good propaganda or whatever filler decides). That's not to say they don't care for each other--and OP would prefer that they do have feelings for each other--but beneath the front (or perhaps because of it) things are very much not perfect and both of them are miserable.

Does America get starry-eyed while listening to Aaron Copland's "Appalachian Spring" or "Fanfare for the Common Man"? Is England a total sucker for anything that's played on the Last Night of the Proms, no matter how soppy and sentimental it is? What about Russia and the 1812 Overture? This anon would love to see how nations react to certain pieces of classical music that have personal meaning for them.

Many countries have erected a memorial dedicated to those soldiers whose bodies were never identified. Anon would like to see a nation at their country's tomb, paying their respects. I don't care which nation you choose (so long as that country has such a tomb. There's a list on Wikipedia, if you're not sure), but please, leave the soldier unknown; I don't want them to somehow know who it was just because they're the nation. I'd rather they be paying their respects for all the men and women who've died and never made it back home.

Nation A is having nightmares, and so is just trying not to sleep. Nation B finds out and offers to stay up all night to wake Nation A if they start having a bad dream. Anon would like an introspective piece where Prussia considers his loves. He cares for those he loves deeply, but somehow it never works out well, whether the interest is platonic or romantic. His brother finds him maybe endearing but mostly annoying at best and kind of resents him at worst. Italy remains oblivious to his affections; Hungary ends up choosing Austria over him.
Whether Prussia is bitter, or comes to accept it, or somewhere in between, is up to anon.

Headcanon dictates that Alfred (like all the nations) is a product of the times. During the period leading up to the Civil War, he would neither have been a die hard abolitionist nor in full support of the South or their ideas about slavery. He has to represent all his people, not just the loudest factions. I'd like to see Alfred struggling to keep his country together (and maybe wishing for Henry Clay to come back from the grave and work his magic one last time), and when it becomes clear that that just isn't an option, I think he'd be torn and resigned, but he'd still do his best to make the country one again.
Anon wants a separate personification for the Confederacy-- because it was its own country, for whatever small time it existed. So no split personality Alfred please; by the time the war starts, he would only be the personification of the Union.
