No, seriously, OP doesn't have an OTP for America, although I do like all the generic pairings like Americest, FrancexAmerica, RussiaxAmerica, and USUK. You can go with anything, although crazy rarepairs don't really float my boat. Like America x Any of the Nordics, America x A Baltic, etc.
As for food, anything you like works, and though apple pie is a bonus, it can be hidden or only mentioned once.
