France, England, Estonia, Canada and America as their own little Scooby Gang. Going out solving mysteries and having wacky adventures. Really as crazy as you'd like to make it. I think you can probably see the nod to casting I'm making but they really I'd rather have them stay true to their Hetalia characterizations then the Scooby Doo ones (I certainly don't want America to be a walking talking dog) -- just...have FUN with it.

I'd rather Canada and America have a strictly sibling relationship any other pairing combination among the characters is fine. AU setting is preferred.
