Here on the GA/AL/FL state lines we do the whole "I'll have a Coke," "Which kind?" thing too.. at least, in my experience xD; But we also use the word "Pop" to address our dads and/or granddads (I think they do this in Louisianna, too) OTL
Folks down here don't much care for them yankees, either D| I hate how they drive so very very slow on our dirt roads, like they've never been on one before... (stereotypical!southerner!anon?)
And if you want to know where they use the word "twat" to mean "vagina" -- I think Beastie Boys have sung a few songs about that xD; It's also used all the time in my (immediate?) area to mean that. We hardly ever use that word to mean idiot, but it can mean someone who's acting like a girl on the rag. (It's really a disrepectful term O_O I guess we're as unrefined as we are bible-thumpers fffffff howdoesthathappen....)
To be honest, the first time I saw a book featuring kids from London calling each other "twat," I almost died of shock. xD; I wonder what a British person's reaction would be to the ever-unfashionable fanny-packs they sell/tote around at theme parks... xD;
