I like England and France's relationship; it's somehow amusing to me that they've been frenemies so long that England's actually letting him know what Russia told him. And England's semi-terrified reaction to Russia approaching him to talk about this is hilariously canon, as is his embarrassment about it. The funniest bit of characterization was this, though: He took in a deep breath, glancing around the garden. There was no one around that he could see, and the only person he knew that hid in bushes on a regular basis was himself. Dammit, England, stop lurking in the shrubbery. OTL
Pfft, I would kill to see a mini-comic of England doing this impression of France: “Oh, Romano, I love you more than words can describe. Please allow me to express my feelings with my body. I love you like I have never loved anyone before~” England mimicked France's voice, waving his hands around in a flamboyant fashion. My imagination can't do that justice, alas. XP
“I tell you this as someone who hates you, be careful with Russia." ... That is possibly the most tsundere thing I've heard all day. I mean, it truly is partly motivated by self-interest, but still! Poor France is probably used to it, actually.
Can't wait to see Russia appear; I'm fascinated by how confident he apparently acts with France. :D
