You do have a point about Baltics and fluff. It's hard! I've tried sometimes, but Russia likes to lurk. However, I'm going to do my best to make my own Estonia-fic fluffy (or at least happy).
I tried to solve the Russia problem in my own by setting it post-independence. We'll see how that works out. xD
