I'd say tesoro (lit. "treasure"), amore ("love") are the most common! Piccolo ,or piccola, if used for a girl , is sometimes used too and it lit. means "baby" but it's used more like "sweetheart" in english. If you need more just ask, but these are the most used without sounding too cheesy.
